Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7-8 business days. Jackets are stitched and packed during this time. We do not stitch, ship or deliver orders on weekends and holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please add more days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Fees and Shipping Estimates

Shipping fees for your orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery method: GLS (domestic, Hungary)
Delivery cost: Free
Expected delivery time: 6-7 working days

Shipping Method: Fedex/ DHL/ UPS International Shipping (Europe)
Shipping Cost: Free
Estimated Delivery Time: 6-7 Business Days

Delivery delays may occur from time to time.

Delivery Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Compensation
If you received your order damaged, we will contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before submitting a claim.

Delayed Delivery

We provide a full refund if you do not receive your package within 30 days of your order being shipped from our warehouse. If a refund is offered and you receive a package, you must return the package to us and we will provide the shipping label.
