You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without reason. The cancellation period is 30 days, starting from the day you received the goods.

Refund Process

We provide a refund to the payment method of your choice within 5-14 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are free.

Return Policy

  • Return period : 30 days after receiving the product.
  • Original Packaging : The product to be returned must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with tags attached.
  • Products that cannot be returned : Individually made, perishable products, or products that have been opened for health and hygiene reasons.

Exception

We reserve the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the above conditions.

Damage and Defective Products

Please check the order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you have received a faulty or damaged product.

EU Legal Right of Withdrawal (Included in the 30 Days)

Under EU law, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Our 30-day return policy already includes and exceeds this 14-day legal minimum. In this case, the products must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging.
